SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location and the type of shipping selected based on available options at the time.
• Express delivery is only available in limited pin codes, we are working to expand the list of serviceable pin codes for express delivery and will be updating the same regularly.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur and you can reach out to support@wowcrafthome.com to enquire about the status of your order. Please give 48 hrs during normal BWD (Business Working Days – Mon to Fri, 10AM – 5PM IST) for us to get back to you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

• https://wowcrafthome.com/ (Wow Craft) currently only ships to addresses within the Indian Sub-Continent and any orders outside India cannot be accepted at this time.
• Please note that currently, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and any orders with these addresses may be cancelled at any time due to non-serviceability.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
https://wowcrafthome.com/ (Wow Craft) ships the product with a fully furnished GST Invoice in line with the statutory requirements to execute this sale – any local taxes, levies, or other charges applicable on your order is not the responsibility of the website and/or its subsidiaries, partners, parent company or representatives. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes except GST, etc.).

Damages

• We do our best to ensure that all packages are well packaged with the required protective layers based on the products purchased to ensure the items are delivered to you intact and without any damage.
• However in the rare case that there are still any damages of the same, please do get in touch with us with images of the product and original packaging as delivered to you. Kindly note that you would be required to file a claim with the shipping partner for transit damages, meanwhile we will do our best to resolve your issue in any way necessary to ensure your experience on the delivery does not taint your experience of our products or services.

International Shipping Policy

Charges and Timing
• A flat shipping fee of USD 30 is applied to international orders below total basket size of USD 300
• We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 300
• International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange

International shipping terms and conditions
• International orders are not eligible for exchanges, returns or cancellations
• Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries
• To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discount should be above USD 300
• Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for the custom clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer. In case of non availability of the document if the delivery of the order is denied by the local airport authorities, Wow Craft will not be liable for any refund.
• Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Wow Craft will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.

Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

1. Wow Craft does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
2. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
3. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Returns Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order in case you are not happy with your purchase.

Returns

At Wow Craft, we make it our mission to ensure a great Experience using our products or services. We offer a 7 Day Return Policy on all Products. If at any point within 7 Days of Receiving your Order you wish to return your purchase, please contact us.

However, do note that after 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchased item(s), unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

All dimensions and materials are mentioned on respective product pages. That being said, please contact Customer Care within 2 days of receiving your parcel in case of any defect (e-mail us at support@wowcrafthome.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91-9126504940) and we’ll see what we can do. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by Wow Craft. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use
- Boxes that have been opened and original packaging have been damaged due to handling.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item which is requested for return more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wowcrafthome.com and we will look into it immediately and help you sort out the issue at the earliest possible.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All warranties and quality guarantees offered on those products will still continue to apply and we would be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
